สำนักงานคณะกรรมการวิจัยแห่งชาติ ได้จัดทำโครงการ Research Services เพื่อให้หน่วยงานต่างๆขอรับบริการ โดยกรอกแบบฟอร์มระบุหัวข้อวิจัยที่สนใจ (ต้องเป็นหมู่คณะ 15 คนขึ้นไป) เพื่อให้ วช. เป็นผู้จัดวิทยากรสำหรับให้คำแนะนำและเป็นที่ปรึกษาแก่คณะผู้ขอรับบริการ โดยไม่เสียค่าใช้จ่ายใดๆ
